شراب،نشہ اور منشیات کے منفی اثرات کی وجہ سے شرابی کی نماز چالیس دن تک قبول نہیں ہوتیاللہ رب العزت امت مسلمہ کو شراب نوشی کی لعنت سے حفاظت فرماۓ!!!
یَسۡئَلُوۡنَکَ عَنِ الۡخَمۡرِ وَ الۡمَیۡسِرِؕ قُلۡ فِیۡہِمَاۤ اِثۡمٌ کَبِیۡرٌ وَّ مَنَافِعُ لِلنَّاسِ ۫ وَ اِثۡمُہُمَاۤ اَکۡبَرُ مِنۡ نَّفۡعِہِمَا ؕ وَ یَسۡئَلُوۡنَکَ مَا ذَا یُنۡفِقُوۡنَ ۬ ؕ قُلِ الۡعَفۡوَؕ کَذٰلِکَ یُبَیِّنُ اللّٰہُ لَکُمُ الۡاٰیٰتِ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَتَفَکَّرُوۡنَ ﴿۲۱۹﴾ۙ
لوگ آپ سے شراب اور جوئے کا مسئلہ پوچھتے ہیں ، آپ کہہ دیجئے ان دونوں میں بہت بڑا گناہ ہے اور لوگوں کو اس سے دنیاوی فائدہ بھی ہوتا ہے ، لیکن ان کا گناہ ان کے نفع سے بہت زیادہ ہے ، آپ سے بھی دریافت کرتے ہیں کہ کیا کچھ خرچ کریں ، تو آپ کہہ دیجئے حاجت سے زیادہ چیز اللہ تعالٰی اسی طرح اپنے احکام صاف صاف تمہارے لئے بیان فرما رہا
ہے ، تاکہ تم سوچ سمجھ سکو ۔
اَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِنَّمَا الۡخَمۡرُ وَ الۡمَیۡسِرُ وَ الۡاَنۡصَابُ وَ الۡاَزۡلَامُ رِجۡسٌ مِّنۡ عَمَلِ الشَّیۡطٰنِ فَاجۡتَنِبُوۡہُ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تُفۡلِحُوۡنَ ﴿۹۰﴾
اے ایمان والو! بات یہی ہے کہ شراب اور جوا اور تھان اور فال نکالنے کے پانسے کے تیریہ سب گندی باتیں ، شیطانی کام ہیں ان سے بالکل الگ رہو تاکہ تم فلاح یاب ہو
اِنَّمَا یُرِیۡدُ الشَّیۡطٰنُ اَنۡ یُّوۡقِعَ بَیۡنَکُمُ الۡعَدَاوَۃَ وَ الۡبَغۡضَآءَ فِی الۡخَمۡرِ وَ الۡمَیۡسِرِ وَ یَصُدَّکُمۡ عَنۡ ذِکۡرِ اللّٰہِ وَ عَنِ الصَّلٰوۃِ ۚ فَہَلۡ اَنۡتُمۡ مُّنۡتَہُوۡنَ ﴿۹۱﴾
شیطان تو یوں چاہتا ہے کہ شراب اور جوئے کہ ذریعے سے تمہارے آپس میں عداوت اور بغض واقع کرا دے اور اللہ تعالٰی کی یاد سے اور نماز سے تم کو باز رکھے سو اب بھی باز آجاؤ ۔
(1) شراب کی وجہ سے رسول ﷺ نے دس لوگوں پر لعنت کی ہے۔
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دس قسم کے لوگوں پر شراب کی وجہ سے لعنت فرمائی: اس کے بنانے والے پر، بنوانے والے پر، اور اس پر جس کے لیے بنائی جائے، اسے لے جانے والے پر، اس شخص پر جس کے لیے لے جائی جائے، بیچنے والے پر، اور جس کو بیچی جائے، پلانے والے پر اور اس پر جس کو پلائی جائے ، یہاں تک کہ دسوں کو آپ نے گن کر اس طرح بتایا
(سنن ابن ماجہ:3381)
(2) شراب ہی ساری برائیوں اور خرابیوں کی جڑ ہے۔
آج سے تقریباً نصف صدی پہلے ایک جرمن ڈاکٹر نے یہ بات کہی تھی ”تم شراب کی آدھی دکانیں بند کردو، میں تمہیں آدھے ہسپتال، کرائم کے اڈے اور جیلوں کو بند ہونے کی گارنٹی دیتا ہوں۔
اور نبی ﷺ نے بھی فرمایا کہ شراب ام الخبائث یعنی تمام برائیوں کی ماں ہے۔ ساری برائیاں اسی سے جنم لیتی ہیں۔ لوٹ مار، لڑائی جھگڑے، قتل و غارت گری اور زناکاری وبدکاری نشے کی ہی حالت میں انجام دی جاتی ہیں۔ ہمارے ہندوستان میں بھرشٹ نیتاگن الیکشن کے وقت ووٹروں کی خرید وفروخت شراب کی بوتلیں تھما کر ہی کرتے ہیں۔ جو جیتنے کے بعد دیش اور جنتا کو لوٹنے میں ذرا برابر بھی کسر نہیں چھوڑتے۔
شراب تمام برائیوں کی جڑہے۔ حضرت عثمان بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنن نسائی کی ایک روایت ملاحظہ کریں، وہ فرماتے ہیں:
شراب سے بچو ۔ یہ تمام خرابیوں اور گناہوں کی جڑ ہے ۔ تم سے پہلے لوگوں میں ایک بہت بڑا عبادت گزار شخص تھا ۔ ایک بدکار عورت اس کے پیچھے پڑ گئی ( اور اسے پھانسنا چاہا ) ۔ اس نے اپنی لونڈی کو اس عابد کی طرف بھیجا اور کہا کہ ہم آپ کو ایک گواہی کے سلسلے میں بلانا چاہتے ہیں ۔ وہ عبادت گزار اس لونڈی کے ساتھ چل پڑا ۔ جب وہ کسی دروازے میں داخل ہو جاتا تو وہ پیچھے سے بند کر دیتی ( اور تالا لگا دیتی ) حتی کہ وہ ایک خوبصورت عورت کے پاس پہنچ گیا جس کے پاس ایک لڑکا تھا اور ایک شراب کا مٹکا ۔ وہ عورت کہنے لگی : اللہ کی قسم ! میں نے آپ کو کسی گواہی کے لیے نہیں بلایا بلکہ میں نے تو اس لیے بلایا ہے کہ آپ مجھ سے بدکاری کریں یا یہ شراب پی لیں یا پھر اس لڑکے کو قتل کر دیں ۔ اس عابد نے ( سوچ کر ) کہا : مجھے اس شراب کا ایک گلاس پلا دے ۔ اس نے اسے شراب کا ایک گلاس پلا دیا ۔ وہ ( نشے میں آ کر ) کہنے لگا : مجھے اور پلاؤ ۔ وہ پیتا رہا حتی کہ اس نے اس عورت کے ساتھ بدکاری بھی کر لی اور اس لڑکے کو بھی مار دیا ، لہذا شراب سے بچو ۔ اللہ کی قسم ! شراب پر ہمیشگی و دوام اور ایمان اکٹھے نہیں ہوں گے مگر ان میں سے ایک دوسرے کو نکال دے گا ۔
(سنن نسائی:5669)
یہ حدیث بہترین مثال ہے اس کی کہ شراب تمام برائیوں کی جڑ ہے۔ اگر وہ عبادت گزار زنا کرتا تو صرف زنا کرتا۔ اگر بچے کو قتل کرتا تو صرف ایک قاتل ہی ہوتا ۔ لیکن ان دونوں کے مقابلے میں شراب نوشی کو آسان سمجھ کر اسے اختیار کیا لیکن نتیجہ یہ ہواکہ جب شراب کا نشہ سوار ہوا تو شباب کا بھی شکار کر بیٹھا اور جب اس بچے کی گواہی کا خوف نظر آیا تو اس نے اس بچے کو بھی قتل کر ڈالا۔
(3) شراب پینے سے چالیس دن تک نماز جیسی عبادت بھی قابل قبول نہیں رہتی ہے۔
نبیﷺ نے فرمایا:
شراب ام الخبائث ہے جو اسے پیتا ہے چالیس دن تک اس کی عبادت قبول نہیں ہوتی اور اگر وہ اس حال میں مرا کہ اس کے پیٹ میں شراب تھی تو وہ جاہلیت کی موت مرا۔
(صحيح الجامع:3344)
(4) چوتھی بار شراب پینے کے بعد تو اس شرابی کے لئے توبہ کی قبولیت کا دروازہ بھی بند ہوجاتا ہے:
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جس نے شراب پی اللہ تعالیٰ اس کی چالیس دن کی نماز قبول نہیں کرے گا، اگر وہ توبہ کر لے تو اللہ اس کی توبہ قبول کرے گا، اگر اس نے دوبارہ شراب پی تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کی چالیس دن کی نماز قبول نہیں کرے گا، اگر وہ توبہ کر لے تو اللہ اس کی توبہ قبول کرے گا، اگر اس نے پھر شراب پی تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کی چالیس دن کی نماز قبول نہیں کرے گا، اگر وہ توبہ کر لے تو اللہ اس کی توبہ قبول کرے گا، اگر اس نے چوتھی بار بھی شراب پی تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کی چالیس دن کی نماز قبول نہیں کرے گا اور اگر وہ توبہ کرے تو اس کی توبہ بھی قبول نہیں کرے گا، اور اس کو نہر خبال سے پلائے گا، پوچھا گیا، ابوعبدالرحمٰن! نہر خبال کیا ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا: جہنمیوں کے پیپ کی ایک نہر ہے۔ سنن (ترمذی:1862)
(5) شراب ناپاک اور شیطانی عمل ہے
قرآن کریم میں شراب نوشی کو شیطانی عمل قرار دیا گیا ہے اورکہا گیا ہے کہ شیطان اس شراب ہی کے ذریعہ دشمنیاں اور عداوت کو پیداکرتاہے اور اللہ کی یاد سے غافل کرتا ہے۔چنانچہ ارشاد ہے:
’’اے ایمان والو!شراب، جوا، بتوں کے تھان اورجوے کے تیر یہ سب ناپاک شیطانی کام ہیں، لہذاان سے بچو، تاکہ تمہیں کامیابی حاصل ہو، شیطان تو یہی چاہتا ہے کہ شراب اور جوے کے ذریعے تمہارے درمیان دشمنی کے بیچ ڈال دے، اور تمہیں اللہ کی یاد سے اور نماز سے روک دے، اب بتاؤ کیا تم ان چیزوں سے اب بھی باز آجاؤگے؟(اگر اب بھی ان چیزوں سے باز نہ آؤگے تو کب آؤگے؟؟)
(سورہ المائدہ:91)
(6) شراب پینے سے ، حلق کی خرابی، دمہ، لیور سوجن، کڈنی انفکشن، ٹی بی (Tuberculosis) اور Heart attack جیسی خطرناک بیماریاں پیدا ہوتی ہیں۔
(7) ایک شرابی نہ صرف اپنی لائف برباد کرتا ہے بلکہ اپنے بچوں کی لائف بھی
finish کتنے ہی ایسے غریب اور میڈیم درجے کے کمانے کھانے والے لوگ ہیں جو اپنے خون پسینے کی کمائی کو اپنے بچوں کی اعلیٰ تعلیم و تربیت پر خرچ کرنے کے بجائے اپنی شراب نوشی، نشہ خوری اور عیاشی پر خرچ کر دیتے ہیں۔ ایسے لوگ جب ان کے بچے 12 یا 14 سال کی عمر کو جیسے ہی پہنچتے ہیں ، انہیں ہئیر کٹنگ سلون Hair cutting saloon ، بیوٹی پارلر جیسے حرام اور ناجائز کاموں میں لگا دیا جاتا ہے۔
جبکہ سیلون کا پیشہ اختیار کرنا اسلام میں ناجائز اور حرام ہیں۔ کیونکہ اسلام میں ڈاڑھی منڈنا اور منڈانا دونوں ناجائز ہیں۔ اور ناجائز کام کر کے جو پیسے کماۓ جاتے ہیں وہ بھی ناجائز ہیں۔آج کتنے ایسے نوجوان ہیں جو شادی شدہ ہونے کے باوجود بیوٹی پارلر کی بے غیرت لڑکیوں کے دام فریب میں پھنسے ہوئے ہیں۔ اور دوسری طرف بیوی،بچے اور بوڑھے ماں باپ اس کے گھر پہ بے بسی کی زندگی گزار پر مجبور بنے ہوئے ہیں۔
(8)شراب پینے کے بعد نشے کی حالت میں ہی اکثر بیوی بچوں کے ساتھ لڑائی جھگڑے ہواکرتے ہیں۔ اکثر طلاقیں نشے کی ہی حالت میں دی جاتی ہیں۔ جس کے نتیجے میں نہ صرف ایک انسان بلکہ پورا ایک خاندان تباہی کے دہانے پر پہنچ جاتا ہے۔
(9) شراب پینے کی سزا اسلام میں کوڑے لگانا ہے۔ اور اگر چوتھی بار شراب پی لے تو اسے قتل کر دیا جائے گا۔
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:
’’ جب کوئی شخص نشہ کرے تو اسے کوڑے لگاؤ ، پھر نشہ کرے تو پھر کوڑے لگاؤ ، پھر نشہ کرے تو پھر بھی کوڑے لگاؤ ۔ اگر چوتھی دفعہ نشہ کرے تو اس کی گردن اتار دو ۔‘‘
(سنن نسائی:5665)
(10) اس دنیا میں شراب نوشی کرنے والے کے لئے سب سے بڑی محرومی اور بد قسمتی یہ ہوگی کہ وہ آخرت میں جنتی شراب سے محروم رہ جائے گا:
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: " جس نے دنیا میں شراب پی اور پھر اس نے توبہ نہیں کی تو آخرت میں وہ اس سے محروم رہے گا۔"
(صحیح بخاری:5575)
(11) شراب پینے کے بعد مرنے والا کفر پر مرنے والا ہے۔
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے ، انھوں نے فرمایا :
"جس شخص نے شراب پی لیکن وہ نشے میں مدہوش نہ ہوا تو جب تک وہ شراب ذرہ بھر بھی اس کے پیٹ یا رگوں میں رہے گی تو اس کی نماز قبول نہیں ہو گی ۔ اور اگر وہ اس حال میں مر گیا تو کافر کی موت مرے گا ۔ اور اگر وہ نشے میں بدمست ہو گیا تو چالیس دن تک اس کی نماز قبول نہ ہو گی ۔ اور اگر اس دوران میں مر گیا تو کافر کی موت مرے گا۔"
(سنن نسائی:5671)
یہ ابن عمر سے موقوفا روایت ہے۔
اتنے سارے وعیدوں کے بعد بھی اگر شراب پینے والا مسلمان شراب نوشی سے توبہ نہیں کرے گا تو اور کب کرے گا۔
اللہ رب العزت امت مسلمہ کو شراب نوشی کی لعنت سے حفاظت فرماۓ!!!

People ask you about alcohol and gambling, you say both of them have a great sin and people have worldly benefits from it, but their sin is more than their benefit, they also ask you Say: Spend more than you need. Allah thus makes clear to you His commandments.
Yes, so you can think.
O you who believe!
O you who believe! The point is that alcohol and gambling and fortune-telling are all evil deeds, so stay away from them so that you may prosper.

Satan only wants to cause enmity and hatred among you by means of alcohol and gambling, and to keep you away from the remembrance of Allah and from prayer.
(1) The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) cursed ten people because of alcohol.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) cursed ten kinds of people because of alcohol: the one who made it, the one who made it, and the one for whom it was made, the one who carried it, the one for whom To be taken, to the seller, and to the one who is to be sold, to the one who is to be fed, and to the one who is to be fed, until you have counted ten and said thus.
(Sunan Ibn Majah: 3381)
(2) Alcohol is the root of all evils and vices.
About half a century ago today, a German doctor said, "Shut down half the liquor stores, I guarantee you will close half the hospitals, crime dens and prisons."
And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) also said that alcohol is the mother of all evils. All evils are born from it. Looting, fighting, murder and adultery are committed under the influence of drugs. In our India, the bourgeois Netanyahu sells and sells bottles of liquor to voters during elections. After winning, they do not spare any effort to return to the country and the people.
Alcohol is the root of all evil. See a narration of Sunan An-Nisa'i from Hazrat Uthman bin Affan, he says:
Avoid alcohol. It is the root of all evil and sin. There was a great worshiper among the people before you. A wicked woman followed him (and wanted to trap him). He sent his handmaid to the servant and said, "We want to call you for a testimony." The worshiper walked with the slave girl. When he entered a door, he would lock (and lock) it from behind until he reached a beautiful woman who had a boy and a jug of wine. The woman said: By Allah! I did not call you to testify, but I called you to commit adultery with me or to drink this wine or to kill this boy. The devotee said (thinking): Give me a glass of this wine. He gave her a glass of wine. He (intoxicated) said: Give me more. He drank until he committed adultery with the woman and killed the boy, so beware of alcohol. By Allah! Eternity and faith will not come together on alcohol, but one of them will drive the other out.
(Sunan Nisa'i: 5669)
This hadith is the best example of the fact that alcohol is the root of all evils. If the worshiper committed adultery, he would only commit adultery. If he killed a child, there would be only one killer. But he considered it easier to drink than the two of them and adopted it, but the result was that when he became addicted to alcohol, he became a victim of Shabab and when he was afraid of the testimony of this child, he also killed this child. (3) Even worship like prayers for forty days after drinking alcohol is not acceptable.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
Alcohol is Umm al-Khaba'ith who drinks it. Her worship is not accepted for forty days.
(Sahih Al-Jami ': 3344)
(4) After drinking alcohol for the fourth time, the door of acceptance of repentance is closed for the drunkard:
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever drinks alcohol, Allaah will not accept his prayer for forty days. If he repents, Allaah will accept his repentance. If he drinks alcohol again, Allaah will accept him. He will not accept his prayer for forty days. If he repents, Allah will accept his repentance. If he drinks alcohol again, Allah will not accept his prayer for forty days, if he repents. Then Allah will accept his repentance. If he drinks alcohol for the fourth time, then Allah will
not accept his prayer for forty days and if he repents, He will not accept his repentance either.
And he will drink it from the canal of Khabal, it was asked, Abu Abdul Rahman! What is a canal? He said: There is a canal of pus for the inmates of Hell. Sunan (Tirmidhi: 1862)
(5) Alcohol is an unclean and evil act
In the Holy Qur'an, drinking alcohol has been described as an evil act and it is said that it is through this alcohol that Satan creates enmity and hatred and neglects the remembrance of Allah.
“O you who believe! Alcohol, gambling, idols, and arrows of gambling are all unclean evil deeds, so beware of them, so that you may prosper. Give, and forbid you from the remembrance of Allah and from prayer. Now tell me, will you still refrain from these things? (If you still do not desist from these things, when will you return ??)
(Surat al-Ma'ida: 91)
(6) Alcohol causes dangerous diseases such as sore throat, asthma, liver inflammation, kidney infection, tuberculosis and heart attack.
(7) An alcoholic wastes not only his life but also the lives of his children
There are so many poor and middle class earners who spend their hard earned money on alcohol, drugs and luxury instead of spending it on their children's higher education and training. As soon as their children reach the age of 12 or 14, they are involved in haraam and illegal activities such as hair cutting salons and beauty parlors.
While taking up the profession of salon is illegal and haraam in Islam. Because shaving and shaving are both illegal in Islam. And the money earned by doing illegal work is also illegal. There are so many young people today who are trapped in the trap of shameless girls of beauty parlor despite being married. On the other hand, his wife, children and old parents are forced to live a helpless life in his home.
(8) After drinking alcohol, the wife often fights with the children while intoxicated. Most divorces are granted under the influence of drugs. As a result, not just one person but the entire family is on the brink of disaster.
(9) The punishment for drinking alcohol is flogging in Islam. And if he drinks alcohol for the fourth time, he will be killed.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
"When a person is intoxicated, flog him, then if he is intoxicated, then flog him, then if he is intoxicated, flog him again. If he gets drunk for the fourth time, take his neck off. "
(Sunan An-Nisa'i: 5665)
(10) The greatest deprivation and misfortune for the drinker in this world will be that he will be deprived of the wine of Paradise in the Hereafter:
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks alcohol in this world and then does not repent, he will be deprived of it in the Hereafter."
(Sahih Bukhari: 5575)
(11) The one who dies after drinking alcohol is the one who dies in disbelief.
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn 'Umar that he said:
If a person drinks alcohol but does not become intoxicated, his prayers will not be accepted as long as the alcohol remains in his stomach or veins. And if he dies in this state, then the death of the disbeliever. He will die. And if he becomes intoxicated, his prayers will not be accepted for forty days. And if he dies during that time, the death of the disbeliever will die. "
(Sunan Nisa'i: 5671)
This is a paused narration from Ibn Umar.
Even after so many promises, if a Muslim who drinks alcohol does not repent from drinking, when will he do so?
May God protect the Muslim Ummah from the curse of alcoholism !!!
